Dallas, TX, November 10, 2011 – Michelle Lynne Pant, President of by Michelle Lynne (bML) is excited to announce the hiring of Keri Outsey who will lead the way in Sales & Business Development.

Keri is an Accredited Staging Professional who turned her passion for design and real estate into her profession in 2008. Keri has joined with Michelle to push bML forward by forging new relationships with those in the real estate industry and with home owners. She is eager to put her zeal for staging to work to re-design properties for homeowners, and to get Dallas properties SOLD!

“With Keri onboard, I’m excited to see the success we will contribute to North Dallas realtors and sellers,” says Michelle Lynne. Fortunately, Dallas’ housing market has not taken the same downward spiral as much of the United States. Therefore, houses are still selling and buyers are still buying. The best way to assure sellers get the traffic and bids they want is to stage their property. Staging is a proven method of selling homes. The U.S. Housing and Urban Development reports that a staged home will sell, on average, 15% – 20% higher than an un-staged home. Keri can help realtors and sellers get top dollar in less time.

Prior to joining bML, Keri owned and operated a staging company in Birmingham, AL. She has earned a BA in Sociology and a BA in Psychology.
