Do first impressions really matter?

There is never a second chance to make a first impression. Home staging is a prime example of how this saying holds true. Buyers typically take only 15 seconds to make a decision regarding your property with that first gut impression. Your home’s first impression is the most important one. Staging ensures that that first impression is a memorable and lasting one.

Here is how we can assist in selling your home as quickly as possible and for the most money: 

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING Using your furniture, art & accessories our team will get your home show ready. If necessary, we can complement your furnishings with items from our inventory, or make the right purchases on your behalf.

WALK & TALK Prefer to do it yourself? Together we walk through your property room by room discussing the current state of the house and what steps we recommend taking in preparing & staging your own house for sale. You are encouraged to take notes or record the visit. The investment starts at $200 for the first two hours (usually all that is required) and $85 for each hour thereafter.

WRITTEN STAGING REPORT We will walk the property, take photos and notes and compile the suggested steps in a detailed written report for you to implement. We will include paint color suggestions, referrals to Trades Professionals, and a plan outlining the arrangement of your furniture. The investment for a written report starts at 19 cents per square foot.

PREP & PROJECT MANAGEMENT We can do as much or as little as you wish in order to assist in the checklist of tasks derived from the Pre-Staging Consultation. From packing to providing trades professionals, we are at your service. Prices vary depending on size & scope of project.

VACANT PROPERTY Utilizing our extensive inventory and our understanding of lifestyle merchandising, we will customize the Staging Design to complement the architecture of the property and target the demographics of the buying market in your neighborhood. Call for a free estimate.
