What is home staging all about?

Home Staging isn’t about making a house pretty, it’s about making it SELL.  At Michelle Lynne INTERIORS Group, we know the art and the psychology behind the preparation and the merchandising  of a property going on the market.  Our approach for each project – whether vacant or occupied – includes a Customized Staging Design that maximizes the use of furniture, art & accessories to appeal to the demographics of the buying market in the specific neighborhood of the sale property.  We consider list price, architecture, unique selling features and location when we address a staging; so whether the property is for sale in the Park Cities, Frisco, or the M-Streets, we don’t have a “one size fits all” package but will instead, tailor our approach for each project.

  • ENHANCEMENT SERVICE (OCCUPIED HOME STAGING)  Using your furniture, art & accessories our team will get your home show ready.  If necessary, we can complement your furnishings with items from our inventory, or make the right purchases on your behalf.
  • WALK & TALK CONSULTATION REPORT   Prefer to do it yourself? We will walk through your property room by room and prioritize what steps we recommend taking in preparing & staging your own house for sale and review with you.  We will provide you with an 8 page report tailored specifically for your project; the investment starts at $250 for up to two hours.  
  • VACANT PROPERTY   Utilizing our extensive inventory and our understanding of lifestyle merchandising, we will customize the Staging Design to complement the architecture & list price of the property.  Additionally we stage to target the demographics of the buying market in your neighborhood & price range. Call for a free estimate.
  • CONSULTING SERVICES  We will advise you what upgrades or updates need to be made so you don’t over or under-spend and maximize your Return On Investment (ROI).
